Damascus United Methodist Preschool was created and exists to be an extension of the learning already taking place in each family. We exist to provide spiritual, physical, cognitive, mental and social development  appropriate for preschool age children, thus preparing them for their school years ahead.  We seek to do this in a safe, creative and Christian atmosphere.

Each child is a unique individual.  We want to direct the child to see that though each of us is different in some ways, we are all special in every way.  Our uniqueness adds to our being special.

The foundation for all learning is laid during the early years.  A young child learns best in a safe, supportive atmosphere that encourages a variety of learning experiences and generates a feeling of value and self-esteem.
